Energy Networks Association – Public Safety conference

The Public Safety conference aims to engage industry stakeholders in raising awareness and promoting best practice to wider audiences on a multitude of energy sector issues and keys risks from energy network infrastructure in the public domain.

The programme encourages collaboration among key sectors, such as construction, utilities, road haulage, farming, trades and maintenance, landscaping, emergency services and local authorities, in advancing public safety awareness and collectively reducing injuries when inadvertently coming into contact with energy network infrastructure such as striking underground electricity cables and gas pipes, or coming into contact with overhead powerlines.

The programme will feature a series of guest and industry speakers, including CIP Panel Member Richard Byrne, Group HSE & Fleet Director, Travis Perkins Plc, and a number of trade and innovative exhibitors.
