New campaign to raise awareness of poor mental health

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity has launched its ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ campaign to raise awareness of mental wellbeing issues in the construction industry.

In the UK, two construction workers take their own lives every working day and stress, anxiety and depression account for a fifth of all work-related illnesses.

As part of the ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ campaign, the Lighthouse Club is providing a huge range of proactive support and resources for the construction community. Support includes a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, a free app and mental health training.
