CSCS is seeking views from industry on proposed changes to CSCS Labourer, Trainee and Provisional cards, including reducing the validity of an individual’s first Labourer Card from five to two years, and on the transition to digital cards which are stored on a smartphone. The deadline to submit a response is Friday 16 August
