The CIJC Employers and the Joint Trade Unions have reached agreement in respect of a pay and conditions settlement for 2023/24.
The CIJC has completed its negotiations with the Unions and achieved a one year pay deal, commencing Monday 25th July 2022. The agreement includes a 5% pay increase across all rates and a two stage increase in non-taxable allowances.
The Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC) is the body responsible for negotiating the industry’s pay and conditions through the Working Rule Agreement.

The changes take effect from Monday 10th July 2023.
